Display track point timestamps

Open danvk opened this issue 2 years ago • 2 comments

Great tool! I'd like to use it to look at the timing of segments on my hike. My GPX file definitely has timestamps in it.

I'm really struggling to figure out how to see the timestamps in gpx.studio. I can click edit on a waypoint:

This just presents editing options, however, not information about the waypoint. Specifically I'd like to see the timestamp on that point in the file.

It would also be great if there were a way to use time, rather than distance, as the x-axis on this chart: image

Thanks! If I've just missed the way to do this, please consider this a request for more docs or a pointer to existing docs as the case may be.

I came here also to suggest a feature that would allow me to see the times for each node. Maybe by adding a new [ i ] tool into the palette, that would allow clicking on nodes and show everything the corresponding trkpt element contains, including the coordinates.

Would be great to see the actual times (GPX import from a running watch) or estimated times (track design) at least on the tooltip information.

Closing this issue because I grouped it with other related ones.
