C# generated code does not include a project or solution

C# generated code does not include a project or solution files to tie the generated file together. Both of these files were requested in the prompt file. Is this just a GPT issue rather than gpt-engineer?

Also, looks like despite instruction other files saying to finish off the response finished saying what's produced is just to get you started. Again, assuming this is a gpt issue rather than a gpt-engineer issue?
