Having a lot of issues getting it running in Jupyter Notebook

I'm a reasonably novice coder, but I have been following all of the instructions in the help to get it started. My issue so far has been actually getting it started within jupyter notebook and getting the right folders setup along with the prompt.

Perhaps your could write a super clear and simple guide for working it with Jupyter as that is what a lot of people are using.
