Install Issues

I've installed all the prerequisite tools and am still having issues with three things:

./configure: line 11501: AX_BOOST_BASE: command not found
./configure: line 11504: AX_JNI_INCLUDE_DIR: command not found
checking for icu-config... no
configure: error: ICU (libicu) library package required but not found.

I have libicu 4j-java, 60, and 66 installed. I also have autoconf-archive installed and the Boost libraries.

Any ideas?

Possibly config.log says something about what it tried and what did not work.

It says very little on the libicu issue and I can find nothing about the Boost or JNI issues, but here it is:

I appreciate any help you can give. I'm finding cheaters by hand, but I'm sure I'm missing many. A tool like yours might be just the solution!
