Unsubscribing deleted podcasts

I can't seem to unsubscribe from a podcast which seems to have been deleted. My antennapodcast (gpodder sync) continually errors trying to subscribe to unavailable url https://gpodder.net/podcast/253cce37-a5fb-11ec-b963-219e5f961a62
