refresh crashes when domain of feed cannot be resolved

Today, detlef crashed during a refresh operation.

I used alogcat to find the problematic feed: http://smlr.us/?feed=rss2&cat=4

This is the sunday morning linux review. Normally on smlr.us, but the domain isn't being resolved.

Of course it is not Detlef's problem that the feed isn't available, but refresh should not crash because of this :-)
