problem on canon eos very slow or stop after several takes if objective present

hello i'm trying to use gphoto2 to realize automatic sequence on dslr canon eos for a total eclipse of the sun i just need to bracket from 4 sec to 1/2000 as fast a possible and as many times as possible it works well as i use the dslr on a small telescope but if keep an objective it becomes very slow or hang after some takes

has anybody experienced this kind of behavior ? is there a specific parameter to change?

i join sh script and xml sequence in zip file to run : sh 2024sequence.sh "Canon EOS 760D"
