General Question: Best Mirrorless camera for remote video shooting

I'm looking for a mirrorless camera that works best with Gphoto's remote video shooting features. I'm currently running a script that performs remote video shooting with a Nikon D7500, this works well however if the camera loses power (due to a power cut or other reasons) the mirror gets stuck and requires the camera to capture an image before the mirror gets unstuck again.

Hence I'm looking for a mirrorless camera which can perform the same tasks.
