Canon EOS 4000D PTP device busy for all but first capture

Describe the bug

First capture using gphoto2 --capture-image-and-download works fine. All subsequent captures fail with PTP Device Busy error.

Name the camera Canon EOS 4000D

libgphoto2 and gphoto2 version gphoto2 and libgphoto2 2.5.23 release version

To Reproduce gphoto2 --capture-image-and-download multiple times my-logfile2.txt
