stringtie mix option

Hi,

I have done assemblies using StringTie long, short and mixed options. One isoform that I have seen using short assembly is not showing up when I used mix option. When I run a gel, the isoform present in short assembly but not in mixed one is also present. I want to know why that isoform is lost when I used mix option. The isoforms in red are novel. Please help me where I am going wrong.
