my sample consume a lot of memory
One of my sample may get something error.
When I run stringtie with these data, it behaves very high memory consumption, even touch to 600G.
In fact, this bam file have something wrong, which have checked, that in chr21 has high volumes' reads.
But what confuse me most is that why the stringtie will need so much memory for a bam which only have 20G.
The version I use is the newest one. And I find that it happened just when I run stringtie on background. if I do not run it on background, it won't behave like what I said. Also, I tried in several sever, have that problem too.
