Any way to keep the last stop codon results(*) when using -y option?

Hi,

I can not find any option to keep the last stop codon results (a star * or a dot .) when using -y option in latest version of gffread. Any way to keep that?

Best, Kun

a previous version of gffread (from circa 2018) used to write the terminal stop codon. the lack thereof in the recent version should be remedied ... it is far easier to strip a stop codon character if your downstream application doesn't want it, than it is to iterate over the gff file via some additional code to see if it fact it is there
