NPC names in houses missing

Describe the bug When talking to specific NPCs, their name is not shown under their portrait as in vanilla. It does show up when multiple NPCs are present and you are on the select NPC to talk to menu.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Load any save
  2. Go to any NPC residence (shops do not apply, they work correctly)
  3. See no NPC name below portrait

Expected behavior Name of the NPC your party is talking to should be displayed.

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 11, 64-bit

For some reason I can't reproduce this.

The bug is a bit deeper than just one DrawTitleText call being in the wrong place.
