Grass textures don't match the season
Describe the bug Right now we start the game in winter, and the ground in Emerald Isle is covered in snow. See #703.
However, if you wait 6 months, the foliage turns all lush & green, but the ground is still covered in snow.
To Reproduce
- Start the game.
- Wait 6 months.
Expected behavior Seasons work.

Tileset is also correct after switching focus from the game window to something else. This is the point where I don't have enough experience with rendering to go further 🥲
Ah and it also happens for me
- Windows 11
- AMD Ryzen 5600
- Nvidia RTX 4070
Aha, then this means we're handling the seasons at the wrong layer.
Now that I think about it, textures abruptly changing from winter to summer will look a bit off though X).
Possibly worth bumping to milestone 0.2?
