Load a default local image when there is no internet connection

Currently, the addon shows a white new tab page when there is no internet connection. I think that the white background ruins the aesthetic; a solution would be to ship one default image with the addon to load in such cases.

Another approach would be to preload images for the next few days, as I suggested in #94
