Add OpenBor to Allium (and maybe PCSX Rearmed standalone).

Hello, I have openbor running on allium and I think it could be a good addition for future updates. The truth is that it works very well.

On the other hand, I also have pcsx rearmed standalone running, but the performance is very poor and it is not worth it. I don't know if it's a configuration problem but I haven't been able to solve it.

For openbor games create a folder called OPENBOR inside the roms folder. For pcsx rearmed create or rename your PS games folder to PCSX.
