Use unique e-mail address or headers for tracker updates

To differentiate between different types of GovTrack e-mails for easy filtering, it might be good to use a unique e-mail address and/or e-mail headers (cf. Bugzilla).

For example, perhaps: [email protected] and/or X-GovTrack-List: Daily E-mail Updates

The only other email we send is account verifications. What's the use case?
