Add analytics to the bill widget

It'd be nice to know who's using what widgets where.

I can tell from the server logs as a fallback, but yeah this would be nice. Since it's an iframe, you can copy/paste the google analytics code in the main template (templates/master.html). (It'll lump in widget views with site page views, which will confuse the analytics for me a bit, but if it becomes a problem we can revise.)
