Bill status lags behind votes

I assume this is because the information comes from different sources, but, for example:

http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/113/hr1911

Currently shows:

House Vote on Passage May 23, 2013 12:39 p.m. Passed 221/198

But:

☑ On House Schedule May 17, 2013 ☐ Passed House ...

Is this desired behavior?

Your diagnosis is exactly right: different data. Definitely would be nice to fix. Of course, it will resolve itself in a day so it's hard to get motivated to fix it.
