Getting all subject areas

Is there a way using the developers API to get all the subject areas? I see in your website you have a sidebar listing all the subject areas.

Not through the API. The subject areas are listed in

https://www.govtrack.us/data/us/liv.xml (bills up to the 110th Congress) https://www.govtrack.us/data/us/liv111.xml (bills starting with the 111th Congress) https://www.govtrack.us/data/us/crsnet.xml (all Congresses)
