Hi @govorox Please could you edit the repo settings:

  • Go to Settings > Issues > Issue Template.
  • Select Set up templates to create new issue templates or manage existing ones.
  • You could also add a link to the ISSUE_TEMPLATE directory in the .github folder if you have set up the templates manually. (I have added a template tot he .github/ISSUE_TRACKER) so I guess use this set one on up from settings!?
