Wrong "country" shown on organization of federal subjects

What happened?

On an organization of a federal subject like Scotland, the navigation pill for United Kingdom is shown, see screenshot:

This should instead be Scotland.

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Hey @Ainali, is anyone already working on this issue or can I pick it up?

Also, should the fix be limited to Scotland, or should regions be shown for all federal subjects (Northern Ireland, Wales, England, etc.)?

@1337Xcode It should be on all things that are parts of something else; that is, it's not a data bug, but the wrong parameter being displayed. (Also note that what they are called was renamed in #582 .)
