A link to the countries & federal subjects project page.

Technically, we can do it, I think easiest would jut to define it in the countries query. But where/how should it show? And should it show for all countries, even "complete" ones?
The idea is more like: See how it is modeled. (along those lines), and it should be shown on countries and federal subjects.
even "complete" ones?
A country is never 100% finished. There is always something moving. 😉

Yes, I understood that. But where on the country page should the link be?

Well, at this very moment, Sweden is finished. Or at least there are no sources for any new or removed agencies.
The original approach of keeping Wikidata and govdirectory.org separate was intentional, to allow us to optimize govdirectory.org for users and reusers rather than contributors.
My thinking is still that we would gain very few contributors form govdirectory.org, at least until we build custom contribution tooling. Given this I'm curious if there is any particular insights govdirectory.org users could need from the Wikiproject pages?

When you put it that way, it makes sense not to add a link to a project page. And now I realize that visitors don't care how something works or how to add a missing ministry, for example....
I think there is a thin line here, like a user would probably want to know that we are aware of missing things or report issues, etc. We have the report button which go to Wikidata but ultimately I think it would be nice if that feature was integrated in Govdirectory.org itself.
