Add support for intergovernmental organizations

The feature

Currently, the focus is on countries, but organizations such as the UN, NATO, ... should also have a place on Govdirectory.

There has been quite a lot of progress on EU I'm all in favor of adding it.

Should we have a dedicated org.html? Because there are also "single agencies" intergovernmental organizations and with the current org.html it wouldn't look great.
