Add request for impact feedback
The feature
It would be nice if people could report what impact Govdirectory has had for them.
I suggest that it can be a link to the discussion but also that we provide for those who either don't want to create a GitHub account or not leave feedback in public to also do it with some simple survey tool.
What I am not sure about is where to place this call to action. Should it be a banner, a section on About, a link in the footer, or something else?
Why?
This would inform us what features are useful to people (and perhaps also which are missing if we compare the stories to our objectives).
It would also be great for presentations and applications.

Allowing users to report the impact of Govdirectory would provide valuable insights into its usefulness and areas for improvement. Offering multiple feedback options, such as a discussion link and a simple survey for those who prefer privacy, ensures broader participation. The challenge is determining the best placement for this call to action—options include a banner for visibility, an About page section for context, or a footer link for a non-intrusive approach. Collecting these impact stories would help assess feature effectiveness, guide future development, and serve as compelling material for presentations and applications.
