I tried to just turn on Dark Reader to see if it would come up with any sensible defaults, other than the orange and beige backgrounds I think it does a okay job. Screenshot 2024-01-19 at 14-50-50 Govdirectory

Not bad at all. If the beige was just grey and the orange stayed the same, I think it would be good to go.
