Display YouTube name instead of identifier.
The feature
Instead of a string of letters and numbers (P2397) use subject named as (P1810). The property 'topic named as' is automatically added by a bot, so no additional action is required from the community.
Why?
- Cleaner than a random string
- Better differentiate between channels
- Useful for countries with multiple official languages and multiple channels.
- Easier to detect errors on the website.

Dutch: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5yVXi7RwXlgnyPpQl-TvSg would become: FOD Mobiliteit en Vervoer French: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCr9dr99cGOxn_hyt9LB3uwQ would become: SPF Mobilité et Transports
I think this is a good idea. We just need to make sure that it is optional and that we have a fallback if the bot hasn't added this yet when we do an update.

Just a reminder to ourselves that besides adding this to the query, we should also use similar logic in the script in the org page that dynamically checks for recent updates.
