Empty bokeh
I have followed your steps, having a .ld file defined in my folder. Then, when I execute:
bokeh serve --show .
Nothing happens:
What can I do? Actually, what is the difference between visualizing the data with MoTec or with Bokeh?
Looks like it doesn't recognize your .ld/.ldx file. What is your datasource? I've mainly used data from ACC simulator, could be that your .ldx looks differently for example.
Edit: Maybe you can upload the files and I can have a look?

Well, MoTec is a commercial product with very versatile options to display data. My project using Bokeh is a python playground for displaying specifically data from ACC.
