server_starttls is not tested

In the issue #14 @ru-sh reported that receiving e-mails from Google work if 'server_starttls' is set to 'false' and it don't work if starttls is set to true. This may be true. In fact, the server_starttls functionality was never tested as I fully relied on the gen_smtp code.
