Fixed build issue on mac

I have made some slight adjustments to mercuryapi_osx.patch to fix the build errors mentioned in #140 and #141. Tested it on a M1 with mercuryapi-AHAB-1.35.2.72-1 and the latest mercuryapi-BILBO-1.37.2.24.

To make 1.37.2 work the changes from #148 were also required.
