Would you please add a user-friendly dialog to send downlink's

Hi Gothard P or other contributors. Would you please consider to add a user friendly dialog to be able to send 'downlinks' directly from the lorawan server software. This feature is available at the TTN console. This would be a great feature to have i think. Yes we send downlink using the API but sometimes you just want to send a downlink quick and the attached example dialog would help a lot.

Hello. I agree it is useful, but we are about to change the GUI framework. Once this is done, I will add the dialog using the new framework.
