Invalid hyperlink for unknown deveui

In the events list an event unknown_deveui has a link available for the deveui. When clicking this link a page "Not Found" is shown and an event http_error is created. This does not make much sense.

The most appropriate page to show, would be "Create new commissioned device". But this action may be unwise.

So I suggest just to remove the hyperlink.
