enable/disable plugin from plugin details page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I am updating the configuration for a plugin it is a little annoying to navigate back to the plugins page to enable it.

Describe the solution you'd like On the individual plugin page it would be great to have access to the enable/disable toggle for that plugin.

Additional context If others find value in it, I would be happy to take a crack at it.
