3 enhancements

Hi

There are 3 things that would make the android app more useful (at least to me, and likely others as well) :)

1. In the app selection drop-down list when choosing where to send the msg, include the app icons next to each item as well, for the usual reasons we add icons (easier at a glance to identify, rather than always having to read).
2. Allow choosing a default app to send the msg to when sending via the share icon from other apps. I have a "broadcast" item in my list that is intended for all apps, rather than a specific app such as for example, sonarr. Then that item is also auto selected no matter how far down the list of items it may be.
3. Change the notification icon from a generic mail icon, to the gotify icon. This lets us easily know that the notification is a gotify message rather than something like email.
