it seems that lower version go complier do not support the declaration format like go 1.xx.x, my compile image go version is go 1.20, my project version is go 1.18

Go only supports 2 major releases, so go1.24 and go1.23 are the only releases supported by the Go team.

Go 1.18 was end of life on 2023-02-01 when Go 1.20 was released.

If you need to use an old Go version for some reason I suggest using a pre-compiled binary release of gotestsum. You can find those here.
