It would be nice to add helpers to store and manage sticker sets and add methods to send stickers like:

sender.Self().Sticker(stickers.Faved(0)).ByIndex(ctx, 10)
sender.Self().Sticker(stickers.Recent()).ByEmoji(ctx, "😆")
