PEX restructure

Hi,

as I wrote on group I want restructure pex mirror and introduce plugin repositories for easier maintain and contribution.

Do you need dedicated repository for transpliter/components releases and snapshots?

Probably would make sense, as my eclipse-components are a requirement for the transpiler plugin. If I do understand the concept correctly.

Or is there a PEX components repo? That would probably the better place.

I finally finished main restructure step. Each symfony suite have own repository (twig, doctrine, symfony, core-plugin, composer) and I'm able to build after git clone, event with empty .m2 repository ;)

Your plugins are now in external-mirror. See Symfony-Eclipse-Plugin, and p2-mirror to see how I build mirror now.

BTW can you merge my composer pr's ?
