Various changes

Let's see:

  • Make various things more declarative (still needs a lot of fixing)
  • Adding a buffered progress bar
  • Change a couple of things to on-tap
  • Start playing after seek
  • Fix two bugs ( #7 , #10)
  • Show pause button on hover ( #8 )
  • Add MD ripples and make buttons actual buttons ( #9 )
