Improve project type checking

Description

Due to the recent addition of new project types in Modrinth, the current checks probably don't work anymore.

Additional information

On Modrinth, these should be checked by using categories and category tags to filter it out. This could be implemented within ferinth itself too. On CurseForge, the url can be checked, again this should probably implemented in furse.
