[Feature Request] Filter Mod Panel by installed mods

• [x] I searched the issue tracker for other issues covering my case. |-> It has been covered back in 2021 #1085 but closed more so in relation to fabric showing in forged issue not quite talking about filter request

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When creating a personal mod pack and looking for mods I might have missed or would possibly like to add but haven't seen yet, it's made a bit more difficult by seeing everything I've already installed especially when going in later to add more.

Describe the solution you'd like Having a filter checkbox for "Hide Installed Mods" would improve the experience. (Could implement others if not wanting just one checkbox in the drop down on the right panel such as "Hide Mods with no newer updates" and others I can't think of now)

Describe alternatives you've considered None off the top of my head.
