[Enchancement] Mod download mirror

Would be nice if launcher have additional setting for mirroring opt-out-mods downloading via external server (since Curseforge browser downloads often fails). The one I already implemented in my fork, you could see it in my profile (but that’s one hardcoded, could be better)

How would that mirror work?

First, launcher will check mirror link for file from manifest, and if it missed, proceeds to download it from CF
