[SUGGESTION] Option to dismiss the CF API issues message

Describe the solution you'd like Add an option to dismiss the "CF API are currently having issues" message, it's great and all if CF is actually having issues very informative and gets the point across.

However, it is permanently there and un-removable and takes up a sizable chunk that's easily 1 row of additional profiles you could have. Now maybe not everyone is a sucker for profile hoarding but I make and test and try a lot of modpacks and ideas for packs so I definitely do have a lot more than the average user, but still, I think even for the average user removing the message would be nice.
