Feature Request: Mod version matching restriction bypass for adding new mods

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Whenever Minecraft updates, each mod author must flag that update as supported on Curseforge, or else you can't download that mod into an instance of that version using GDLauncher. Even if that mod would work fine, and I know that it would work fine, I have to essentially sideload it instead. If the author subsequently updates it, I'm left behind on an older version and I need to manage the update externally as well.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be wonderful if, when doing a mod search, I could tick a box like "Ignore version compatibility" and the search would then display the mod in the results even if it doesn't explicitly state itself as being compatible with the instance's version. It could even additionally show a warning flag or something on the mods themselves, or require clicking a "Yes I understand the mod lacks an explicit compatibility indicator" disclaimer when installing, or even do the disclaimer on toggling the search filter. The important part being I could then empower myself to still manage the mod through the launcher, still maintain that automatic link to CF for update checking and whatnot, but work around scenarios where authors don't update the compatibility flags for a while. Plus, even if it really actually doesn't work with that version, I could download but disable it in that instance, and periodically do an update check on it via the launcher to see if it's been fixed, without having to externally track the list of mods I want to be using for that instance.

Describe alternatives you've considered The current alternative is to manually download and sideload these mods, and/or keep a secondary list of them in notepad or something. I think you may also be able to tweak the instance's version so it thinks it's on a previous version where the mod used to work, and download it that way, but I'm not confident that that wouldn't break a bunch of things, and it's not a particularly ideal thing to have to do.

Additional context This kind of thing, only not terrible heh Terrible example using ShareX Annotations
