Can't open developer tools if running gdlauncher as administrator

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: open gdlauncher as administrator click the button

Expected behavior for it to work properly

Operating System:

• OS: Windows 10

if you try to launch an instance running as administrator it also just says "cant start java vm"

Can't reproduce on latest main branch build, nor on the latest public release.

why do you even launch it as an admin ?
