[Feature Request] Option to default platform with option to search both.

When downloading a mod it's able to detect if there's a modrinth page and/or curseforge page. If the mod is on both it's a win, win when the user picks their platform of choice and searches for a mod or is generally browsing. My issue is when the mod is only on one site and you have to keep swapping between both platforms if searching for specific mods for a pack.

What I'm proposing is having a user defined "Preferred Platform" that they select, in my example I'll use Modrinth. The preferred platform toggle merges both queries into one, any mods that are on both sites show up as what the user preference is this example it'll pick the modrinth listing.

I feel this feature will mitigate any headache of anyone trying to make a modlist on GDLauncher and keep people happy for it prioritizing any preferences they have for a platform. If the user hasn't selected a preferred site the button should be disabled with a tooltip on hover showing where to go or redirecting with highlighting/guiding where to set it.

Issues: For some reason when testing some mods on Fabric 1.20.1 picking modrinth listings of mods it's still choosing to download the curseforge variant. example being downloading EMI from modrinth it's picking curseforge atleast in the Library->Instance->Mods tab -> kebab menu/info icon.
