UI: Settings ex-/import should be in same tab as uBlock or vice-versa

In uMatrix the ex-/import dialogue is in tab "about" - in uBlock in tab "Preferences" ...

At least for users with combo uMatrix/uBlock, it would be easier to have this in same Tab.
