Middle click on uBlock icon to...

Currently middle click on uBlock icon does nothing. It would be really useful if we could choose between:

1. Open the dashboard
2. Open the logger
3. Enter element picker mode
4. Enter element zapper mode

Makes sense to me (personally). I assume there would be no drawback because the middle button is currently not used - so assigning a default function to it would be useful for some users.

I would recommend to decide on which of the options to pick, and make this the consistent default though. Allow users or developers to be able to override this if they want to or have to (by making this a choosable option) - but I highly recommend to pick one of these four as default to keep it simpler. Perhaps the one that is the most useful to many users. (I don't know which one that would be though).
