Urgent review - 360 view on Athletes for advisors
In moving to J1 web for all advisors, we lost our connection to relevant advisor data on each student in an easy view. J1 is not customizable the way my.gordon advisor was, so now we've cut off key pieces of student information academic advisors need. At least one of those is status as an Athlete. In Jenzabar there is a Y or null field for athlete, yet that also needs to be represented with which team, which I think is rostered and added to student schedules in a process. What are the chances of quickly developing a viewable solution, faculty/staff view only in the student profile to show a) which team(s) a student is rostered on, and if (a) then (b) could we create a 360 Group for each team with the coaches and rosters as individual Involvements? This may not be possible for this advising season about to start, but I'd like to meet to evaluate options as soon as possible?
