Add Dockerfile to speedup setup.

I prefer to run all my projects with docker. If you can add a Dockerfile your repository will may be used more often.

Feel free to create a PR adding a working/tested Dockerfile - your contribution is welcome. My workflow always goes via environment.yml and I didn't have any problems so far - but I do acknowledge the need for Docker.
