Account vs. websites

I know this is a bit of a nit, but we seem to have a disagreement between gopassbridge and gopass. Gopass uses 'websites' as the default sub-directory when you create an account for a website login. When you create a login entry from gopassbridge, the 'Account' sub-directory is used.

It's not a big deal, but maybe we could have an agreement as to which is used? To me 'websites' makes more sense, but either is fine.

While I agree that gopass and gopassbridge should use the same default settings, there is also the Default folder for new credentials setting in the gopassbridge options, which can be used to configure the default directory for new secrets, e.g. a specific gopass mount.

I'm happy to review and merge a pull request in case anyone want's to improve the default behaviour.
